On 4/12/24, my car was towed to the ************ location. I was away on travel in ***** and the male employee that I spoke to was very rude. He made sarcastic remarks that the company's owner was visiting ***** and I had a better chance of speaking to him where I was. I didn't find this funny, and I asked how else I could get my car out of that place. He stated that only a notarized letter would work since my husband's name was not on the title. When I arrived to the facility on the following Tuesday, I was not asked for the title but the time they wanted the registration. When I asked questions about contacting the owner I was given a genetic email. The ladies working there said that if the owner wanted to give me his name then he could do so on his own but they refused to disclose any information about who to contact. The office of you want to call is that is in a trailer with a small hole cut out in the midst of stainless steel bars. For this reason they feel protected to soak to purple in a demeaning manner. I would never recommend this company nor return for their services ever again.

I parked in the ***** ****** Chevy Chase (****************) parking lot. The signage in the parking lot is very specific that the lot is only for ***** ****** customers. I walked across ********* Avenue to retrieve some cash from an ATM machine and returned to ***** ****** to buy a pizza for lunch. By the time I returned, my car had been hooked up to a tow truck and was about to be towed to the Silver Spring Towing lot. I explained the situation to the Silver Spring Towing driver that I had only been gone for 5-10 minutes and had returned to purchase lunch at ***** ****** and thus my car should not have been towed. He insisted on charging me $150 and would not release my car until I made the payment. I needed to return to work relatively soon so I paid him and left to avoid the hassle of haggling over the situation, particularly since it did not appear it would make a difference. I understand why the car was hooked up to the tow truck, but when I returned and explained to the tow truck driver that I was indeed going to make a purchase at ***** ******, he should have exercised common sense and released my vehicle, free of charge. I wish to appeal for a refund and/or file this complaint to warn other consumers about this company. Thank you for your time. Regards,*******************
