    I purchased a home on April 5, 2024. Before I signed the deed to the home. The inspector said the gutters in front of the house had to be repaired. I have documentation stating that it was completed. Well, a heavy rainstorm came and water poured from the gutter onto my head as I was trying to enter my home. I called my realtor who called ****** the maintenance person for Triangle Investment ************, and he said he was coming over to repair what I thought was already repaired. The make a long story short. I had the gutters replaced and repaired properly and I am asking for a reimbursement. I was told it was corrected and have documentation that it was corrected and was told someone -****** was coming to repair it and nothing was done. I had to get wood repaired and new gutters. ****** when he was supposed to have fixed it, he paid it worse. The rain also made my outside light fixture blown. I also had to replace that due to the heavy water getting into the electrical *******.

    Thank you for your help.  Unfortunately, I have not heard from the company.  I am going to have to pursue an attorney. It is so unfortunate that I cannot write a bad review on their website because the company does not have a website.

    I brought a home from Triangle Investment Properties LLC. The gutter was to be repaired, and the seller told us that it was. After a really bad rainstorm. The gutter had not been repaired and prior to me having the gutter repaired. My husband reached out to the seller maintenance person ******, and he was to come and complete what he said he had done. My main concern is that I paid to have the gutter repaired and I would like my money back. It was supposed to be corrected in April of 2024. I have documentation stating that it was corrected when after a really bad rainstorm it wasn't corrected and ****** the seller maintenance person was to come and repair the gutter in front of the house which he never did. This has caused me an electrical problem in the front of my house which my outside light does not come on, I have to get an electrician come to fix my outside light fixture. I want my money that I paid to get the gutters repaired from ****** not fixing it the first time and making the situation worse.

    Good Evening,  I also had to get my air conditioner repaired.  I have attached a copy of the estimated,  I am so unhappy with my home.  Mr. **** sat at settlement and said we had a nice house.  This house is nothing but rehab with the work done incorrectly.  He made it look good but it has a lot of underlining issues.  I want all my money back that I have spent with items that he should have corrected.
