    ********'s Auto conducted collision repair on a 2016 car, which when passed from my sister (owner) to my son (current owner), and he was involved in a low-speed front collision where none of the airbags replaced by ********'s worked, he sustained ONLY massive facial injury from impact with the steering wheel. I have tried multiple times to contact the proprietor after initial phone contact to notify of intent to file a claim against the business insurance policy. I have tried both telephone and e-mail, with no response. The only thing mentioned during the initial phone call was that he (proprietor) needed to speak to his lawyer. My son has no appetite for a lawsuit, due to the long process time, but is being forced to consider that option for this complaint resolution. The business accepted insurance payment totaling $9,000+ for the collision repair and airbag replacements, as shown by the insurance documents obtained from the original owner's insurance company.
