    I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent major course changes implemented after just one year of training, particularly considering the challenges law enforcement agencies face in securing training budgets.Many students, including myself, have worked diligently to navigate the previous curriculum, and it feels unjust to undergo significant changes after we have already invested so much time and effort. Furthermore, these updates have not been accompanied by essential resources, such as updated course materials and lab equipment, which complicates our learning process.While I understand the importance of keeping training relevant and effective, it is crucial that we are provided with the necessary tools and support to adapt to these changes. Without updated resources, we risk compromising our education and preparedness for our roles in law enforcement.I have taken the **** certification exam on three different occasions and have not succeeded, having spent a considerable amount on the course and exams. Discovering a major change in the course material without access to updated resources has been a significant disappointment.I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope we can find a solution that supports all students in their training.Thank you for your consideration.

    I had singed up for a class which had a certification attached to it. I completed the class and took the certification exam. I did not pass the certification exam so I paid for a retake. I took the retake on 09/07/24 and successfully passed the exam. I was contacted via email right after the exam stating that I passed. I was contacted via email to complete a form so that I can receive the paper copy of my certification. I filled it out. On 09/08/24 I was contacted by an advisor via email who advised me that I passed. On 09/08/24 I received an email asking me to claim my digital badge. I followed the link in the email and attempted to log in, but was met with negative results. I attempted this from three different browsers and three different devices, all were met with negative results. I attempted to reset my password and was told that the email I entered to reset my password was invalid. I emailed their support team multiple times, the advisor multiple times, and called multiple times. Each time I was told that someone is working on it, however I was unable to get an answer as to what the problem is or when it will be resolved. On 09/16/24 I received another email stating "Don't Forget Your Digital Badge." I've been contacted since 09/16/24 with the we are working on it mantra. This is an IT company, so I cannot see how they would claim technical difficulties, especially for almost two weeks. Due to this I went ahead and filed a charge back with my credit card provider for all the charges incurred from this company. This company is quick to collect your money, but does not deliver the agreed upon product.
