    My shopping cart, credit card processor, store editor and other features have not worked for 2 weeks! These fraudsters have had me locked out for 2 weeks and wont give me a date of when my website will be restored. This is completely unacceptable! Who treats customers like this??? I demand compensation for the loss of business and loss of reputation. Please have someone from Infinite reach out to me

    I am using Turbify, an Infinite Computer Solution Limited company to host two business websites and e-mails associated with the business. On February 24, 2022 the company decided to run a software update which wiped out one of my website's leaving me with a live blank page and a second website that is no longer functional. There was no notification to let me know that they were going to be doing these updates. I found out that my website was no longer working when a client contacted me. After numerus calls with the Turbify customer service, they continuously assured me that the problem has been escalated and my website will be working again. They managed to bring back a partial website missing the bulk of the content (*********************). I run programs for companies. Content for these programs are no longer available on my site nor can the companies that I work with register to attend my programs. I am losing business daily!! Turbify is not proactive in communicating with their customer, I am sent to a call center in India that has no knowledge associated with my case nor are they helpful.

    I have used ******Small Business for more than 15 years for my website. I liked the feature, as I had full control of updating my website with new information as often as needed. In recent years, I received an email stating the *********** was going to be cancelled and I will need to use the new web hosting service with ********* website. Since that time, the company changed again to *******. The issues I am having is with the company price gauging me. I had to come out of pocket $299.00 to have them build a new website for me as there are new features they have added that are not user friendly for me to take the time and rebuild my website that I was very proud of. I lost all of my previous website design features. My current issue is that 10 times, I experienced my website being down. I call, I am reassured I will be helped and after several hours my website is back up. As of today, Saturday, February 4, I was told there are some bugs due to a plug in I have that affected my website. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE! I do not update my website often out of fear of losing information that people need when going to my webiste. The reason I knew my website was down as was in all of the other previous 10 cases is I received an email or a text message asking me if I paid my bill for my website, as the website is down. THAT IS EGREGIOUS AS I PAY MY MONTHLY AUTOPAYMENT AND FOR MY WEBSITE TO HAVE BEEN DOWN SO MANY TIMES SINCE I WAS FORCED TO RECEIVE THIS NEW SERVICE THAT IS NOT WORKING I REQUESTED A COURTESY CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT AND I AM ALWAYS TOLD NO. THAT IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I DO NOT FEEL LIKE I SHOULD FEEL LIKE A VICTIM TO BIG BUSINESS FORCING PEOPLE TO ACCEPT UPGRADES AND HAVING TO PAY MORE MONEY FOR WHAT IS NOW TURBIFY TO MAINTAIN MY WEBSITE! I WANT TO MAINTAIN MY WEBSITE AS THE WEBMASTER AND NOT HAVE *******, *******, ***** AND WHOMEVER ELSE TO GAUGE ME AS A CONSUMER FOR MORE MONEY WHEN MY WEBSITE WAS WORKING PERFECTLY FINE PRIOR TO THIS NEW RECKLESS UPGRADE!!
