On 09/20/2023 @12:34pm I ******************************* visited Jiffy Lube #129 for a signature service oil change on my 2009 **** *****. On 10/04/2023 while driving my vehicle shut down on me in traffic. It was towed from the side of the road to ************ (phone # ************). On 10/06/2023 Results from the vehicle diagnostics (engine seized needs replacement). After the diagnostic I towed the vehicle to my home. Then I contacted Jiffy Lube #129 they sent out ***************************** (General Manager) to my house. He saw my vehicle and my invoice from ************. After reviewing those documents he stated that I needed to get a vehicle diagnostic from a **** dealership not a local garage. On 10/09/2023 So I got my vehicle towed again for the third time from my home to ********************************************* (phone # ************) (receipt # ******). Results from the diagnostic test was ( Engine is locked up due to the amount of oil in the truck. The vehicle has over double the amount of oil enough for three or four oil changes). On 10/13/2023 I visited Jiffy Lube #129 and dropped off the results from the diagnostics test from *********************************************. On October 16, 2023 I thought I would have been notified or contacted again from Jiffy lube #129 but I wasn't. So I stop by the location and spoke with ****** he told me on Monday the 16th I will receive a call from the District manager on Tuesday October 17, 2023. When the District Manager called, he requested that I view the video of the service being completed to prove that they are not at fault. He is clearly attempting to mitigate their responsibility, but they are 100% at fault.

Hello My Name is ***** and I want to respond to ID ********. The customer in this case is ********* ******. The date of service was on 09/20/23. When the complaint came in on October 13 the store manager ****** set a time to go to the vehicle to check everything out. We checked the oil filter and oil plug , both were tight and dry. And the oil level was full. The first shop ** ****** vehicle went to said the oil level was to its proper level as well. We have pictures to back up our findings. ** ****** then had the truck towed to the dealer and they said the level was over. which could not be the case unless someone added oil after the truck was looked at by two different people.I then went to the cameras to verify everything we did and everything was done correctly the proper amount of oil was added and verified. I called ** ****** on the 20th to meet with me to verify the work we did. We were supposed to meet on the 24th of october. ** ****** agreed to the date but  never showed up. We did everything correct and wanted to tell our side of the story.
