    I leave no star if I could. I went to file my taxes for this year as most do. I was able to file federally and paid a fee of ***** to do both federal and state. I current live in ***** but at the first of 2024 I lived and worked some in ********. Legally, I have to file Missouri as well. When I reached out to them I thought the problem had been resolved which them. Today, I received another call from them asking for more information which I didnt feel comfortable at all in giving. I explained that I had already given enough to them and I wanted a refund or the ability to complete my taxes. I have filed a complaint as well to have the BBB help me get my money back. As most citizens know you have to file federal before state with most tax filing companies. Please take note this company was ********.
