    I had an appointment to fix my Porsche Cayenne and also do an inspection at the business location on oct 2023,when I arrived I was told by ****** one of the technicians with specific directions where to leave my key and enter my information which I did, I returned to the location 4 hours later to see if the service has been completed so I can pay and leave, upon arrival, I saw that the rear bumper of my suv has been crashed and broken, I was upset because no one called to inform me as should, **** was the technician who worked on my car, he immediately apologised and promised to check the camera, he checked the camera with the owner and the owner sent a copy of the video to my phone and advised me to get an insurance who can pay for it, the owner doesnt want to take responsibility even though the car got damaged in their care and under their watch.she had an argument with the employees and instructed them not to take responsibility as a matter of fact she instructed **** not to fix the car so I can leave immediately to avert any trace of evidence that I fixed my car at the shop, **** didnt listen to her and told her she was wrong and his conscience wont allow him to do such to any customer, when she realised **** wont do as instructed she told him to make sure he gets the money in cash upfront before fixing my car so I wont deduct it from the car damage costs, paid the cost and I was given the receipt, it was obvious the owner only cares about the money and will do anything to cover a crime by covering the truth. She did mentioned that she has a friend who is police officer who advises her to avoid taking responsibilities of damages at her business place, and soon later fired ****, I called the police and I was given case number immediately and I was advised by the police to get a lawyer and take it to the court, I took my car to the repair shop and the total cost is $4,643.77. I want the owner to take responsibility and pay me back the damaged cost.

    *******, please find the attached files for the statement of both mechanics *************** and ***********.
    The Lady she drop her car on station without informing anybody and even she did not handover the key to cashier also.
    we already provide her video evidence for report the police because this is hit and run case.
    But she did not call the police that timeBut she did not call the police that time she just take her car from the station and now she is coming back after 5 months with her car repair bill.
    We are not responsible for that this is by her mistake if she wanna *** then she have to find that car which accidentally hit her car.
    I hope you understand all the situation if you need another evidence then please let us know.

    I am rejecting this response because:I have been patient for months waiting for them to resolve this but I was always told that the owner ************* ***** is sick and not available, apparently my patience  has been taken as weakness,the female manager who had falsely  claimed to be the new owner to me has manipulated the employees and have lied by given false statements,  the real owner of the business is ************************** who is known to be a gentleman but has been absent.I refused to believe  the statements were from the employees unless notarised  and given under oat,when I gave them my car key for service  whatever happens to my car under their care of service /watch becomes  their responsibility and this is allegedly a crooked business that need to be criminally investigated, this business is clearly running away from their responsibility and giving false statements, this behaviour depicted cooked way of running a business it seems habitual thinking they can get away with it.how convenient for this business to have given me a blurry video with no clear visn of who damaged my car or tag number for police to trace, First they lied about me not giving them my car keys and secondly lied about not calling the police, I have evidence of my case report from the police department. This behaviour is a disgrace to its community   And appalling that the female manager  with no conscience or thinking about the consequences would make her workers to lie just to cover the obvious truth.  This is not a joke or their usual clown show, I simply want the cost of my car repair to be paid to me without any more lies, postponements and unnecessary delays. Thank you.

    I ************************** owner of Shell Gas Station New carrollton. I wanna let you know that Miss ******* has some misunderstanding. When this incident happened i was out of country for some medical treatment.
    My wife ************************** manager of my gas station was there and she knows exactly what happened and she already submitted the statement of mechanics who are the eye witness of everything.
    We are innocent because that lady did not inform anyone before parking the car and she took the key with her this is hit and run case.
    But she try to put everything on us without any reason.

    I am rejecting this response because: this business is known for lies and fraudulent ways, for your information I have pictures where my car was packed before I left my keys with your employee ****** at your shop and where my car was packed when I came back and saw the damages, if your shop didnt have my keys ,how was my car moved around and serviced , Pls stop with the foolishness, the lies are not adding up. And Im glad that you keep incriminating yourselves on record. You keep wasting everyones time instead of taking responsibility and do the right thing by paying the fees for the damages.
