    A former tenant provided a fake invoice totaling $1496 from this company and they agreed it was fake. Now they are saying a sales associate did the work. That was completely false no one from their company ever came to our residence to either clean nor do an air quality test. This is a Maryland based company and they do not have a license to do business in ********. The tenant was trying to scam us and trying to get her $1650 security deposit back. I believe she is either an employee of the company or a friend/family member of an employee of the company.

    At the time I was shown this invoice I did not realize that we had booked a job under Totalrestor.

    I did not become aware of this until I was holding my weekly team meeting.

    The reason that this was a surprise and I was caught off guard was that this was the first job since rebooting this company.

    The previous management of this company was not trustworthy, so I had let everyone go. I thought this might have been one of them getting even with the company.

    My sales associate ******* ******** was the person who handled this job. The credit card authorization and receipt are attached. 

    In summary we were contracted to do a job. We did the job. We got paid.

    If the homeowner is not happy with the work, they need to contact the renter and work it out. Maybe hold back a portion of the security deposit.
