      On Sunday May 25, 2025 I dropped off my duvet comforter to be cleaned at Zips Brandywine MD. The employee opened up the store and I asked her when the comforter would be ready. She explained to me that the comforter would be ready Tuesday since Monday May 24th was a holiday. I asked her could someone other than myself pick it up on Tuesday she said Yes. I called Tuesday May 27th to ask when would my comforter would be ready for pick up she stated it takes 3-5 business days. I explained that the employee on Sunday told me it would be ready Tuesday. She said nobody works on sundays. I explained to her there was two people working in the store on Sunday. She let me know that was misinformation and it would be ready Friday. I asked her for a supervisor to reach out to me. The supervisor name **** called me and let me know he can have the duvet comforter ready by Friday and there was nothing he could do about it or I can pick it up uncleared. This was very unprofessional and unorganized on Zips behalf. This misinformation led me to drive over an hour to drop it off after being advertised as 24/7 cleaning.

      I dropped off my green dress on July 26, 2024, along with my other clothes. I picked up my dress and my other clothes on July 27, 2024. I noticed there were stains on my green dress from this establishment, but they put a tag on my dress stating the outfit came in damaged. I paid $10.47 for all of my clothes combined. On July 29, 2024, they issued a refund to me for the amount I paid for the dry cleaning of the dress, which was $3.29. I want this place of business to pay me the cost of the dress since they damaged it.

      I took my clothing to this establishment to be cleaned. When my clothing was picked up they had yellowish stains on them that was not not there before. The manager took the clothing items back and recleaned. One of the items which was a white sweater had to be cleaned at least 5 times the stain was not able to be completed removed. I took the sweater and discovered once I was home that because of the multiple times the sweater was cleaned it thinned out the sweater in the three areas that was treated. I returned to the cleaners they accepted the garment back but never called me to discuss what the next steps were. I went back up to the cleaners a few days later and spoke with the manager who said that it was nothing that can be done and she did inform me that they are in position of my sweater. They knowing returned the sweater that they caused additional damage too i.e. thinning of the material and did not say anything to me. Again it was not until I got home took the sweater that I discovered the additional damage. They said I needed to contact the another manager for further assistance. I made several calls with no return call.
