      I spoke with ****** ******** on the phone in July about an extendedcar warrantyfor my car. The next day I changed my mind and told her I already had a warranty on my car and she made the statement that I was paying double by going through the dealership and was told to write a written statement and it would take 30 to 45 days before I can get a refund..Well I canceled the payment and this company has been calling now stop me everyday day saying the down payment was still due. At this point they even calling from a local number but you can't return the call

      Got one of those Final notice letters after moving homes and thought it was my dealership. **************** was okay but they lied about being the manufacturer of my vehicle and hesitated on certain topics and questions. They even tried to pressure me to pay immediately after choosing my platinum coverage for me as if they know my finances. Went to my dealership afterwards and they said it was a scam. Wont be dealing with that ever again.

      Did not go well from beginning. I changed my mind before month was up. I sent a letter asking for cancellation and down payment refunded to no avail. Getting the go around from one person to another, promising someone would call back with an answer. So far nothing but deaf ears. In the mean time I'm getting harassing calls every day asking for a payment on the policy. This has been an ordeal at best, not to mention frustrating for an 80 year old man.

      My mother has dementia and she received marketing mail from Emulate. She then called to sign up for a policy, which she does not need because she does not drive any longer. When I called with her to have her cancel the policy, ***** ***** was her "specialist". I have information to help her cancel, and ***** said to me "well when something breaks on her car, are YOU gonna fix it?" Then she tells my mother "nobody will help you when your car breaks down." I started losing my temper unfortunately, so I again urged my mother to just tell her you want to cancel.. At which point ***** said ***** X, you sound like there's a gun pointed to your head!" To which I lost it. How completely disrespectful and something you should NEVER say to a client. T The only way to cancel a policy is a certified letter. Really??? I helped my mother take care of it. *************.

      I received again the "Final notice" and before trash it I called and very politely asked they go and f*** themselves and stop sending me this c*** They said they knew where I live. Oh, I am so scared. Can't wait they come to see me. ******

      The agent will not allow me to cancel. I got dealer coverage. He keeps maligning the dealership that I go to. I have a good relationship with the dealer.

      They sought us out to get our business but at the time we were out of funds and they were asking for more money. We told them to wait until we received our funds from Social Security.
      I looked up Emulate online and found out they had a negative review so we went with a better warranty policy with another company. Emulate insisted we review the product booklet for canceling the policy or they would keep texting us and bothering us to end the policy. A totally unsavory company altogether.

      Stop calling me and sending me notices. I have never contacted you or your company. I have my own insurance and don't need yours. And it's probably fraud because you never have a return address on the letters because if u did I would rip it up and send it back. Stop calling or sending me this crap

      I would like you all to stop contacting me via USPS with you scam *Final Notice* letters in an attempt to coerce me into purchasing one of your company's extended warranty plans please.
      It's unethical that your company uses a citation style/method of communication via mail to invoke fear and quite possibly an immediate response from your recipients by phone. All in attempt to sell warranty plans. Please consider the mental health implications your unethical behavior maybe having on the elderly and on neurodiverse individuals who receive your "notices".
