    Had my kitchen island made. New countertops . Backsplash. Lights. Mani Kashmiri once project started hardly supervised. Had my entire lighting system blow up because he used unlicensed individuals to do lighting .He also installed defective cabinets and repeatedly refused to acknowledge it, finally when I reached out to the actual cabinet people myself he was forced to replace two very defective drawers . thats not the issue currently . The quartz countertops he installed and claims has a 15 year warranty has smears and smudges not related to cleaning. As well as little black dots appearing on it. Initially when I complained. The installation took place last summer. He had the installer come in and put acetone on spots . Later I noticed black spots coming on and smudges developing. I ignored it as my interactions with this individual have been very unpleasant as he refuses to acknowledge his mistakes. But in the last two weeks widespread smudges have developed all over them. Regardless of cleaning. When I reached out he gave me a non descript answer . Then I asked again if he would ask someone to take a look. No reply from him. I do not wish to directly interact with this person as he has been rude and non responsive. I would like to know what options I have re my countertops short of replacing the 6500 dollars worth of countertops he charged me for obviously defective countertops.
