    I recently acquired an existing Saloon and needed improvements on additional services. INC ELEVATION was referred by a vendor Deckersolutions LLC. Inspection was conducted amidst us, Saloon closure date was agreed upon and related to customers. A quote was sent and there were texts/voice call messages clarifying detailing works to be done due to my inability toorder most of the equipments online.
    Payments were made by checks on 10/19/2022 and 11/07/2022. Totalling $18,665.60
    Jobs to be done included:
    40 Recess lights ( delivered 22)
    4 shampoo bowls
    5 Mirrors (delivered a different kind from what was agreed)
    5 barber's seats (delivered 4)
    2 GFCI Sockets
    2 Eye wash faucet
    4 floating shelves
    Replace old floor drain pipes.
    Replace a broken tile.
    Construct Signage name & logo
    Reception area decor
    Detail cleaning.
    The agreed date for these job to be done were never met and the equipment supplier has informed me that cash has been refunded back to his account for products they couldn't deliver.
    Up till now, he has refused to refund my cash claiming he hasn't received any transaction notification from his bank.
    The manner in which the job was handled was so unprofessional. Attached are evidences of text messages in which I kept appealing to him to come round up my job. Untill I became frustrated and had to mobilize another contractor to complete the job to enable us commence operations.
    I will appreciate if your office can intervene for me to get my money back.
