    ZERO STARS!!! Lot of mistakes! Damaged other components in my car! Disgusting, deplorable, and nasty customer service by the manager ******. Mechanic Repair Neglect lawsuit Pending! Several issues with how they conducted business. I thought this would be a simple process but now I have to report them to the Maryland Attorney General!The 90 day warranty is a joke.Damages due to mechanic neglect are not covered and they will look for any way to not help you or correct their mistakes. They claim they want me to buy an ac compressor and they'll put it on but that's hundreds of dollars BECAUSE THEY MADE A MISTAKE! I shouldn't be liable for that and wouldn't be liable anywhere else.They hang up on you! They cut you off! The manager ****** is the nastiest character there. I paid in full just to have to be told I need to now pay several hundreds of dollars for something they broke in neglect! They admitted they didn't recharge it and didn't tell me ever at any point that they didn't or that I needed to when they gave me my car back! I ALREADY HAD REFRIGERANT IN MY CAR THAT WORKED PERFECTLY FINE BEFORE I DROPPED IT OFF. JUST REPLACE WHAT YOU TOOK OUT OR AT LEAST LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW BEFOREHAND!HARD TO BELIEVE THEY ARE CERTIFIED MECHANICS. HIGHLY DOUBTFUL. THESE ARE AMATEUR MISTAKES.

    I am sorry you feel that way but I gave you a resolution that aligns with the warranty that is written clearly. You called saying your 1999 ****** Corolla was smoking when you started it up on a cold morning, days after you picked it up with the new *** engine. You drove right into our bay with no regards to those that were working the area. You mentioned you saw the oil was overfilled. It was just above the full ***** So we drained it, checked for codes, and there were none. Also no visible smoke coming from the exhaust. When the mechanic started the process of removing the engine he went to discharge the ** system but there was no refrigerant and set the compressor to the side, as it is not necessary to remove it during engine installation at times. We did not think of recharging the system as we saw it was empty. Also we use these *** engines as long blocks when installing them into **** cars. The *** engine itself is the same as the **** but the accessories on these *** engines are not compatible with the **** cars which is why we reuse the customers existing parts. If these ************************* came with ** compressors that were compatible in US cars I would have had you drop the car off and taken care of it without an issue. Even after you and your wife leaving us a negative review I am still willing to install a new ac compressor for you for free. I can also get it for you at my cost to help avoid paying retail price.     If you take your car here needing 1 repair you will leave this place with 5 new problems with your vehicle!Based on their failing Better Business Bureau rating this is a common practice that they do to people. Even the **************************** of the ************************** is aware of the sheer number of complaints that this place has over the years. We spoke with the multiple mechanics at this shop and they openly admitted that their negligence and incompetence is the reason I now have new broken components in my car. They are almost enjoying how much damage they have caused all while saying with a smile that they don't fix the damage that they cause but they will do it for more money despite them causing the problem. It is actually outrageous how many other victims have succumb to this scam. They break your car and when you come to have them fix what they have done, they play phone tag, and lie and say "the manager is on vacation" all the while you find out that the man lying to you was the manger. Do not under any circumstance "take a chance" and ignore all the 1 star reviews. The customer service is outrageous.I am in no way a confrontational person and l've never been spoken to and disrespected the way I have been by the manager named ******. They hang up in your face and simply do not care.

    I had an engine put into infinity and now had loose bolts that have caused ac compressor and belt fail and needs a timing belt chain cover replaced . It hasn’t been a year since I had engine replaced . Would not recommend them at all ! They only have a 3 month warranty for a reason ! Not a reputable company to deal with

    This place is a ****. They held my car for nearly an year and never solved the problem. They only cleaned the engine and never replaced it. They car did not even drive for 10 mins

    This customer purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback Transmission 2.5L on 04/24/24. We shipped the right transmission with its differential. We have advised the customer to use our transmission with its differential that we sent out (we never send an extra piece to not use and throw away). Unlike our advice and instructions, the customer used his own differential which caused it not to work. Later the customer reached out to us requesting a refund. Per our business policy, we agreed to refund him but he is liable for shipping cost. If the item was defective or if he received the wrong item, we would not ask him to pay the shipping. Since the mistake happened on the customer's side, he should bear the cost. Please let us know if you have any questions. Sincerely,

    We bought a transmission from them, they sent it freight. When we received it we noticed they sent the completely wrong unit and when we called to get it straitened out they refused do anything about it, expected us to pay to freight it back and refused to refund us. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

    this company sales bad engines and when you call them the are playing games with you and the are not staying behind there products people don't buy from this comp
