    Buyer beware this is a Mickey Mouse operation stay far far far away, if negative stars were available I would certainly give them 5 negatives. Firstly the only customer service they have that works is cancelation, if something goes wrong and you call support don't expect a response because they wont call you OR respond. Secondly when their representative breaks an item you are expected to pay for it AND then they want you to pay triple the price that you can get at your local hardware store and when you call them out they say ahhh no that part is very hard to get ahhh no my local hardware store has many so stop lying to me. When you cancel they wont take no and hand you over hmm. Stay far away not worth any of the energy go with real well established companies that have 5 star positive ratings. Dynamark Monitoring your customer service is THE worst I have ever come across and you should not be in business shame on you

    I canceled my service with Dynamark a year ago. I just realized they continued to bill my credit card every month. Even though they verbally assured me this would not happen a year ago. Be very cautious when dealing with this company

    My husband and I left the state of CA almost a year ago and informed Dynamark that services were no longer necessary nor would the new homeowners be interested in taking it over. They insist we signed a 3 year contract but there is not proof of that, and we are still getting billed monthly. Not only that, but we still get calls 3,000 miles away on occasion when the new owners security system goes off. The new owners have their own monitoring system and despite repeated attempts to cancel this service they refuse and keep billing us. SCAM COMPANY? You decide.
