On 10/31/2023 I parked behind a store and walked in. Within a minute I came back out to get something from my car. My car was missing. Miller towing had taken my car. I was parked in a row that was not marked no parking. The sign clearly showed paring to the left of the sign would result in towing. I had parked to the right that had nothing stating no parking. A by standard saw me walk away and saw the tow truck (hiding behind a building) immediately pull up to take my car. The by standard took a photo of them doing this. I was gone for less than 2 minutes. When I called they said my car had not even made it back yet. Their lot was 8 minutes away. I showed the photos and was told they changed the rules but have not gotten a new sign showing it was both sides. They refused to let me have my car without paying them. This is a scam and they should be shut down. They are being allowed to commit car theft due to having a tow truck. You can not just tow a car that is parked in an area that is not labeled no parking, private parking ect.

1/9/23. On this date I went to millers to retrieve my car that was towed the night before. I paid 150 to get my car out the tow pound . When I drove off the lot , i instantly turned the corner to my bumper hanging off the front . I instantly called the company back to tell them about the issue . I drove right back literally 30 seconds away . After I approached the employee to tell him the issue again . I took pictures of my car and I also have the pictures that the tow employee gave to me which is insufficient. I called the police to let them know the issue . It’s like when they hooked bumper , it came right off and and it was out right back on just to mask that it came off . The employee was insubordinate and rude to the manner . Just want the business to take responsibility for their mistakes. They have no pictures after they unhooked the car onto the pound . It’s just a he say issue with no good facts . They say by Montgomery county law they don’t have to take pictures after the car is towed . Truly that’s highly unacceptable . I say this because the hook of the tow truck can damage your car tremendously . That’s the case in this manner.
