    ********************************* quoted me for a move from an 880sqft house to a 1500sqft house for 7 hours. However, I moved a good portion of my household goods the day prior, so when the movers came they only took almost 5 hours for the complete move. They also broke a piece of my flooring during the move. This move was Saturday, August 31, 2024. I emailed them about the charge and the damage to my floor, and have not received any replies besides just them saying they escalated the claims I made but I never hear from them unless I email them. It's been almost a month since the move and no resolution or reply.

    The issue with JR Moving Corp has been satisfactorily resolved. After having worked with JR Moving Corp, they were able to successfully resolve the concern and to my satisfaction. They have been very pleasant to work with and understanding. I can say with certainty, JR Moving Corp is an excellent company to do business with.

    5 15 2024 Paid down payment for a future moving date.. Sales manager name is *****. Cancelled contract on 5 29 2024 and promised full refund. Never received refund. Explained to us that credit card was not accepting payment. promised to send check after I followed up with ***** on 6 6 2024.. Spoke to ***** today 6 18 2024 and still have not received the check promised. He stated thyat he is looking into it.. Just want my promised full refund of $259.00 dollars.

    As you have stated earlier, we initially attempted to refund your booking deposit in the amount of $259.00 back to the credit card that the original payment was made with. Unfortunately the credit card has been cancelled and refund was not received by you.

    We have issued you a refund check and we are attaching a copy of it to this email as a proof. Check is on its way to your address in *************** 

    We hope this resolves the issue with the refund for your booking deposit.
