    On 10/24/2022 Mark Fuller for Mark Fuller Handy Man Services was contracted to find where the leak in my basement was coming from, fix the leak, waterproof inside basement and outside on the side of the house, to clear downspouts and reroute water from home, clean mold in basement, check sump pump etc any other issues that was encountered while fixing the issue would be resolved as well. I was informed that the job would take about 2 weeks a deposit was due of $3500 and the balance of $3500 will be due when job was completed. Four days later Mr. Fuller requested the balance job was not even half completed but because he was referred by a close friend of mine I hesitantly paid. Mr. Fuller was taking more time than expected to fix issue and then when attempting to start work in my basement he noticed a water leak .My warranty company was contacted and they fixed the leak because the assumption I was getting from Mr. Fuller like he was going to request more money to complete a job that he was contracted for. Come to find out all the work Mr. Fuller did thus far was unnecessary. He assessed my home before being contracted and told me a completely different situation that I did not have. Then on 11/11/22 attempted to ask for more money to do other jobs on my home when the first job he was contracted for was no where near half done. I have asked for a refund of half the money until the work is completed. I have emailed and texted Mr. Fuller and no response. He dug a ditch that Im going to have to get repaired and ran off with my money totaling $7000. I also have pictures and text messages. He is a fraud and a scammer. Never even needed the little work that he did and its left unfinished and making a sink hole/swamp in the front of my yard. The work he did on the outside of my home i have to pay to get fixed and he never did any work in the inside.
