    I had received terrible customer service in the month of June. Therefore, I initiated a review on their website to further explain the terrible encounter. I did not receive any call or email pertaining that matter but decided to go back a month later due to my friends wanting cookies. As I went inside I was approached by the manager there ********* in which she stated that I am not allowed ever again to Crumbl. All because I wrote a review that was truthful about their staff that day. There is no other reason than I wrote a review so I am not allowed in Crumbl ever again. Very disappointing and I need further detail and clarification as to why since I wrote a review that I am not allowed back in

    ***** ********* has been coming to our store on a weekly basis for many months gathering free cookies for her church. We usually have a large amount of left over cookies at the end of the night to donate to her. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we only had a dozen left over cookies to give to her. She was very upset that we didn't give her more and became very rude to *********. She demanded more free cookies. When we were unable to meet her donation needs, she threatened ********* with numerous things including a bad review. ********* told her politely not to come back.

    We are very friendly towards the community. We donate free cookies to churches, homeless shelters, etc. It's sad that we have an individual like this who has become entitled with our generosity.

    I am rejecting this response because: it is upsetting & disappointing to be a Christian establishment, yet the lies that were listed on behalf of Crumbl is very contradicting of the ethical and truthful behavior of what a true Christian should be. Never once did I refuse or demand please pull camera footage and also see attachment that I provided on this case. I was simply kicked out because I wrote an HONEST REVIEW of how I was treated.
