    Scope of work was small concrete slab by our pool to be level with pool deck and smooth brush finish. Next day rock had floated to the surface and off level by at least an inch. could not walk on with bare feet nor sit a table on it which didn't lean, also work area not cleaned up. When contractor came out 3 days later to clean up is when informed him of the issues in person. He at first balked but admitted that it was not acceptable but complained that he would now loose money on the job. I paid a 50% deposit upfront and paid him the balance after the pour before I noticed the issues. He said he could get a machine / concrete grinder to remove and make level and smooth finish, would get back to us next day. Has not gotten back to us after 3 days after we have texted and called. We noticed on his facebook page he put a picture of our project in various stages which we did not authorize. in one of our voice mails we stated to remove them and call us, he did remove them from his facebook page but again we cannot get in contact with him
