    Because of a new insurance plan (1/2024), using anew eyeglass provider - Chevy Chase Eye Design. Saw optometrist, Dr ******* Johnson on 3/13/24 (a week after seeing my retinologist- am a type 2 diabetic.) was escorted int optician office after x am; sat down and was immediately sown what were designer (hi-end) frames. Asked price of frames and optician said,Depends. Was not aware of change in vision from current glasses I provided. The change was negligible; new glasses not required. Paid $854.70 with debit card.Next day called to cancel order and get refund; was told lenses were in progress and could not get refund but frames cost could be refunded ($304.70) Thats when it got hinky. Have not been able to get a refund and getting the runaround by the optician, **********************, Have not received glasses, Not advised of return or credit policies. Want to cancel ENTIRE order based on lack of cooperation and lack of transparency. Have reported this to my bank to credit the charge. That is underway.
