    Asked to have my gaming pc worked on, was told in the shop that it had been factory reset so my corrupted drive was all good to go again.That was a lie, he switched to my hardrive and just put a boot drive on that and wiped 7 years of my personal files off the harddrive and said it was good to go.When confronted that he did this, he denied and said it was good to go in the shop and he could t get it started at all so he had to boot it from a the usb. Well thats not possible if the boot drive already exists on the *** so you had to SWITCH TO MY HARDRIVE AND INSTALL THE BOOTDRIVE ON THAT Honestly thought i wouldnt check my storage drives when i got my computer back and as stated earlier when i requested my refund for not only lying about the service but also DELETING 7 years of personnal files, "do what you gotta do" was the response.If you arent comfortable working on something dont sell services that you cant provide or at least call the consumer before you do something out the scope of requested services
