I paid $29,985.00 in total, as outlined in a signed contract.The company, led by ***** and **** Frimpone, failed to deliver any of the promised services. Shortly after payment, communication was cut off via Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok. I submitted a dispute to ********** and was temporarily refunded, but the merchant falsely claimed services were rendered, resulting in reversal.I later discovered other employees involved in the scheme (*****, ***, ****, and ****), one of whom admitted to being unpaid and confirmed the operation was led by ***** and ****.I am submitting this complaint to report fraudulent activity and demand a full refund. I have documentation of the signed contract, communications, and dispute records.?Desired Outcome:I request a full refund of $29,985.00 and for BBB to investigate and issue a public alert on this company.

    date of the $40000 10-31-2024 i gave Prestige Knowledge this money along with 3 other businesses and in the last 9 months have been ignored blocked and only got a ROI of $870. the company has breached contract multiple ways and i have every intention if not resolved to file a class action lawsuit with the other companies involved . My store was never made and the tik tok shop that was promised to go "viral" has done the complete opposite .

    *** invested into a program that is frequently posted on the Instagram pages of the business owners and partners. I was instructed of how the profit splits would work and told that if I do not make my investment back within 6 months within the program I will receive a full refund for the investment. To date I have not receive any sales from the tik tok shop automation store that I invested in. And the communication from the team that I have been assigned with ***** have been non-existent.

    My business partner entered into an agreement with Prestige Knowledge on July 4th for us in which they were to build a TikTok shop with ******************** 60 days. They opened a shop with 2 products and had it shut down before I was able to take over the account. I explained to them they continued to violate the guidelines of the shop by not having inventory. They then continued to just tell me they were working on it and never had it reopened or provided me with an operating store with ************** it. They blocked me from their platforms, never fulfilled their side of the contract, and will not return my money. I have tried to have my money returned to no avail because they never held up their end of the contract.

    ***** is the hype man for Prestige Knowledge & posted a video on 12/28/23 showing $42k in earnings in 2 weeks with 3M views on only 4 videos (Ads ***** attached) - turns out it was for a TikTok Store (***) automation.I DM'ed ***** on Instagram asking for this particular service but was given the runaround by a bot for over an hour. I tried unsuccessfully for 2 more weeks to reach him since no one on his team knew about this service. A team member named ***** who onboarded me with my online store (by credit card) confirmed this. He told me that no one knew what ***** was doing because he was so far ahead of the sales game. So it was no surprised that no one on his team knew about the *** automation.After 2 full weeks of having calls with 3 different team members outside of ***** (I showed them the screen shots - attached Prestige *** Ads), ***** told me that he didn't have the actual name of the service but that it would cost $2k and that I had to pay by **** App or Zelle instead of by credit card - his said the funds would go directly into an account that would pay for advertising.Money sent and more runaround. Only ***** knew what it was. After 4 days, I asked for a refund - but ***** then told me that the deadline had passed the day before and that he never had any affiliation with Prestige.***** put me in touch with his assistant **** who assured me that I would be pleased by the efforts of the team within 2 weeks - like I saw on the screenshot. However, 3 weeks later TikTok permanently closed my *** because of unusual activity by their team. After setting up the account, I had left all the work to Prestige's team. So, how can they go from doing $42k in two weeks with 4 videos and over 3M views to having my store closed down in 3 weeks!!!I have over 120 screenshots that include responses from ******************** and ***** that proves my point.
