    If I could leave "0" stars I would. Signed up REO Assignment in April of 2025 with the promise of REO listings. They informed that there were 2 coming up. When I checked back with them, they said it would be another week while the contractors finish up the renovations. Checked back 2 weeks later and still, work wasn't completed and liens were being paid that were unexpected. After 3 more months of these excuses, I finally told them I was not interested in partnering with their company. We are now at the end of Sept 2025 and nothing ever materialized. I also did a data check with the ************* and found that there were no bank owned properties in those 2 cities they claimed to have the ***'s in.

    Total scam!They don't send any REO listings. Signed up in August 2023, still nothing after being told by *********************** at ************ numerous times that I would be receiving a listing. I bet they're making out well, charging real estate agents $175 for nothing.
