    I enrolled in a program with and paid an admission fee of $2,300. Unfortunately, I found it necessary to request a refund shortly after my enrollment. During this process, I was informed of a standard refund policy stating that no full refunds are allowed beyond a 48-hour enrollment window. However, I was never made aware of this policy prior to my enrollment, nor did I receive any documentation outlining ***** their response to my refund request, they offered me an exception of refund, totaling $1,300. While I appreciate the gesture, I believe that I am entitled to a full refund of $2,300 since I was not informed of any refund policy at the time of my enrollment. The lack of transparency regarding their refund policy, alongside their refusal to issue the full refund, has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service. I kindly urge the Better Business Bureau to look into this matter and assist in resolving it. I am seeking a full refund of $2,300 as I believe it is justified given the circumstances.
