    On or around April 8th 2024 I went to dynasty motors to purchase a 2010 red **** focus. I made a down payment in the amount of 1200. I then let the owner(*****) know that I would be making weekly payments in the amount of ****** and I did that for about 6 weeks. I then called ***** to see how much more did I owe. I was informed because of tags,title and registration that's why it was that much. ***** then said he would take ******** so on or around May 15 I went with my sister to make final payment. I was then told my car wasn't ready but for now I could use a Silver 2008 **** focus as a "rental" after 3 weeks I still did not have my car back. Then on June ******* I was pulled over due to suspended tags Then I was told because of the suspended tag. As a result the vehicle has been towed. As of today's date the vehicle still remains at tow yard. And he the vehicle was registered in dynasty motors. ***** (Dynasty motors employee) told me for me to get my car I would have to pay to get car back from tow company and then he would consider giving my vehicle. He even tagged, titled and registered the 'rental" car in my name without my permission or signature. I was told"my car,my problem' I've been trying to do everything I can to get the car I initially purchased. ***** told me "get the 2008" car and he will consider giving me my vehicle back. As of today's date July 6th 2024. It's going to cost me 820 and counting for me to get said vehicle back. All I'm asking for is him to go get the"rental ' car because he was responsible for the tags being suspended. Also I was not in the wrong in anyway except for trusting the wrong people. Thank you so much for your time considering this matter.
