    They took over my property in ******, ** and I had to move shortly after for work. Transition seemed to be going okay but it's been 30 days and I've yet to receive my security deposit back which violates MGL. Will be seeking legal counsel and contacting BBB. Renters beware

    Hello,

     

    The property manger did not pass along the tenants forwarding address to the acoutning department.  We have been in contact with the tenant and the deposit will be returned.

    I have been trying to get in contact with someone from 7 hills property management for over a year. I have moved out of an apartment and need my name removed from the lease. I have called hundreds of times, sent emails and nobody gets back to you. I have no idea who "my" property manager is and have no-one to contact directly. You can call and call and call and you're just ignored. Any review you read wether it be **************** or Yelp, they all say the same thing....You cant contact anyone there.

    The tenant has a new phone number.  Tenant and or roommates did not notify us of tenant moving out.  We have been in contact with the tenant as of today as the old roommate reached out to us.

    My burner was recently replaced had 3 prior issues with no heat or hor water. On 10/8/22. Reported to 7 hills management of the problem on their app. I have gone 6 day no heat or a response from this company called them also and the landlord need help

    Tenant ran heating system out of oil.  Tenant did not have oil system purged when he got an oil delivry.  This is a brand new heating system that was installed last winter.  No heat was due to tenant neglect.  This issue has been resolved.
