    8.16.25 hired McGriff to move me. I had additional items and was told I would be charged an additonal $500.00. I was actually charged an additional $800.00. On the contract Box A was already checked off I did not select Box A. I tried to dispute the additonal $300.00 with the owner emails attached. He did not reimburse for the additional charges or damaged items. I was also told I selected Option A for declaration of value. I was not shown this or explained this. This option was already selected. If you look at the Bill you will see the A is the handwritting of the Movers not me. The A matches the A in Shipper and State section under Origin and the Destination Street and State. They prefilled that out not me. I emailed you the rest of the document because they are too large to upload.

    We did not over charge you at all. And we didn't select option A for you. Absolutely did not over charge. Before we start any job you must sign the top which is permission to start and binds the contract. Then the middle which is if you decide to opt in or out of insurance. Your son literally moved every piece of furniture himself after we placed it down to put felt on the legs, feet whatever you prefer to call it. At one point t your son got behind one of my guys and said that was satisfying when they were working which is extremely unsettling. To end this response we didn't overcharge you or damage your home. We have nothing but great reviews on every platform. Not sure what your problem us. We bent over backwards to accommodate every phase of this move. Have a chit chat with your kid. He scratched your floors. And you already attempted a charge back with my credit card processor. You are rude, cheap and making g things up and I will make sure everyone knows about it.
