    Hello,In December 2024 my mother (she is elderly, which is why I am handling the complaint) had purchased a $25 gift card at the Dunkin' store in **********, ** for me. When I went to use it the balance was $0; the card was never activated or loaded with the $25. In February I contacted Dunkin' customer support simply to get what was paid for. They responded that they would contact the franchise and the franchisee would reach out to me directly. They stated if I didn't hear from them within 2 business days to let them know and they would follow up. I never heard from the franchisee. I emailed customer support again and they have not responded. I have since reached out to customer support 4 more times only to be ignored.I hate to bother the BBB with something so trivial, but technically, this is theft. I feel like they are just trying to get rid of me when I just want what I am owed. I don't think it is fair for a big company to take advantage of the little guy.Can you please help?Thank you,******* ******

    Hi, I am responding in complaint. Number ********. Again, that is ******** filed by ******* ******. I just got off the phone with ******* ****** and I am issuing her a a refund on a gift card that she claims she purchased back at Christmas time for $25. We had a nice conversation and everything is resolved. That is going in the mail today. And it was just a total misunderstanding. Anyways, thank you very much
