              Ordered a bounce house for our son and niece to be delivered between the hours 12-4pm they called 2pm and switched the time to 4pm-8pm. This was an inconvenience because we were holding the at our fathers house which was 30 minutes from our home and you need someone present upon delivery. We finally agreed. It was 7:45pm and hadn't received a ETA from the driver. We tried calling several times and finally they picked up. We explained that we had not received a call and the woman said they would reach out to us. The driver finally gave us a call and said he would be there in 30 minutes. We had no other choice. It was 8:35 pm and still no call no show and no one would pick up our calls. They finally showed up at our parents house at 9:50 pm and our parents were asleep. We called several times again and finally they picked up. We explained that our parents went to bed and would it be possible if they drop it off in the morning.               Great company. Very happy with the inflatable waterslide we ordered it looked brand new. Very good communication they called us early that week and 20 mins before truck arrived we got another update. Also very pleased they dropped everything off including tent on Friday the day before our Saturday party. Will def be dojng more business with Day and Night Party Rentals
