    My oldest brother (***************************) passed away in ** Aug 20th of last year. He was cremated there and my only surviving brother and his wife ********************************** drove to ** (from **) to pick up his remains and start the ball rolling on settling his affairs. After getting back to **, they made arrangements with the ************ Bryant funeral home in MA to have ***'s ashes sent to them and they were to bury his ashes next to our parents ****************************************** at the cemetary right next door to the funeral home. They proposed a plan and we all approved it and paid I believe between $3000 and $4000 for the burial and headstone engraving. They received payment and have had my brother's ashes for months now. They were going to send a pic(s) when all was done. They stopped responding to my sister-in-law (*****) so I tried to contact them. I have uploaded their response to my first inquiry saying they were supposed to have the work done that week (of Aug 28th) and send a pic. We've never received anything and they stopped reponding to me as well (emails were ignored and a phone call got a service that said would pass the message along, but still no reply. We have no way of knowing that they performed the services we paid for. They won't respond and we have yet to receive any pics showing the work has been done. Perhaps they would respond to you and this issue be resolved.
