I bought 1.25 oz of Durban night at the Curaleaf Medical Dispensary on 02-08-25. This product was advertised as whole flower but it was not. Curaleaf bait and switched this product from what they had advertised on their website. I received mini-buds, a vastly inferior product. I've contacted Curaleaf numerous emails and phone calls. Curaleaf has refused to help me. They do not care that they are ripping off their customers and are committing internet fraud. This is my doctor-recommended medicine for pain, and Curaleaf advertised a very good product but sold me an inferior product. Please help me solve this problem. I am a medical cannabis user and card holder , I recently purchased a batch of Texas Shoreline cannabis from Curaleaf to find clear evidence to mold and fungus after I smoked this i noticed my already compromised immune system almost shocked by this cannabis , causing me severe stomach pains and nausea , feelings of unwell, severe throat and ear discomfort, server headaches and to the point of throwing up . I dont even have these bad reactions .. I contacted Curaleaf and gave them clear evidence of mold on the flower and was given a typical excuse I always get from Curaleaf telling me it was simply overgrown trichomes.. I highly disagree. They are all about cash grabs rather than helping those who suffer . This is NOT the first time I have had these similar issues and the same uncaring similar response .. when will CT do something to address the mold issue in CT cannabis program .. using Radiation to remove mold is making the ending product legitimately useless and unsmokeable and its easy to tell when its been hit with radiation.. I would like my money back .. I am so beyond done buying and supporting this state of quality means zero ) please help me get my refund on this ..Initial Complaint

Curaleaf sold multiple disposable marijuana vapes with zero marijuana content. Each product I purchased or exchanged had the same exact issue. The total cannabinoids is not listed on the packaging. I use marijuana to relieve pain but I haven't been able to do this. I would like to fix this issue so I can relieve my pain with a fully functioning marijuana disposable vape.Initial Complaint

After several texts to curaleaf, customer support and no response, Im forced to write to BBB there was a situation (September 9, 2024) with an insulting, argumentative employee on my last visit Ive been a loyal patient of curaleaf for years and never had a problem with employees, but this was different. He offered reward points and other discounts to people ahead of me, but offered me nothing, but attitude until I stated Curaleaf offers discounts for patients who recently renewed their certification I was not offered, nor did I receive my ***** refund for discount. Apparently, my issue is of no concern to curaleaf, because Ive received no apology, no contact whatsoever or consideration at all! I have written to curaleaf several times, but they continue to ignore my complaint they keep saying they closed the case, but they never contacted me. Im very disappointed with this business and their response! People take advantage of the elderly on a daily basis!**** *****

I went to the Curaleaf MD Reisterstown Adult Use dispensary located at ********************************************* and made a purchase on 10/05/24 at 6:43pm. I made a purchase of two items, "F(GRND) Pineapple Skunk 14g" priced at $100.00, and "V(CartDist) Peach Cobbler 1g" priced at $50.00. My total with discounts and tax came to $158.25.I took the products home, and tried the cartridge product (Peach Cobbler), attached it to my battery, and realized that the item was producing a burnt and buttery flavor, common in defective cartridges. I contacted the customer service number for the store at ************ at 7:45pm on 10/05/24 and spoke with a representative who informed me they were employed at the Curaleaf location. I described that the flavor that the cartridge vapor was producing buttery and burnt, and the representative told me the cartridge was defective. I was then directed to go to the store I had purchased from, where they confirmed the manager would be able to fulfill a replacement as long as I came back within 7 days. I came immediately after the call was placed at 8:19 pm on 10/05/24 to the store. When I arrived, I was told that the phone service didn't know what they were talking about, and was denied an exchange despite being promised a resolution.All I would like is a replacement for my product, and if that is not possible I would be happy to bring the product back for a refund.Initial Complaint

Selling contaminated cannabis . So I am a medical cannabis user who relys on quality cannabis for ailments and as a part of this program in CT I expect quality and Curaleaf has continued to show not only me but many others how awful of product they bring to market at top dollar prices , with in the last week I purchased two flower products at 40 dollars and 45 dollars both had little to not effects , caused major throat irritation and ear discomfort which in my person experience is signs of contamination sometimes , this is not the first time I have had this issues , its been an on going issue and has gotten worse since they changed from jars to Mylar packaging .. I dont understand what changed because at one point they were atleast acceptable but this Citral Glue 25 percent lacks any flavor or effects , causes intense throat burning likely from a poor cure or mold and this Humboldt sour diesel lacks hardly any effects and also causes significant throat burning and discomfort . Something has to be done if they arent going to bring quality to the market, there are tons of unsuspecting people purchasing this low quality brand at 49 dollars a pop or more . The Curaleaf website prominently advertises a "50% Off Storewide" sale taking place 6/21/24-6/25/24; but in reality, many items are excluded from this list, specifically in the flower category. In fact, 16 of the *********************************************** do not meet the 50% advertised discount. Same goes for their vaporization products, where at least 20 of the 76 items advertised are either not discounted at all or do not meet the 50% advertised discount. Native industry knowledge will dictate that these are the two most commonly purchased items in any dispensary - flower and vaporization. This represents 33% of total product between these two categories that are excluded from the "Storewide" sale, rendering the use of the word "Storewide" inaccurate and misleading. When confronted, the store representative agreed that "Storewide" is a misnomer and these 36 products are excluded from the deal, and refused to honor the advertised 50% discount on these products when explicitly requested. This is obviously a disreputable business practice that misleads consumers, in a medically-regulated industry nonetheless, with easily provable facts. There is fine print disclaimer regarding the exclusion of certain products; however, the marketing campaign is so conflicting to the spirit of the sale itself, and is certainly NOT "storewide" as advertised.Initial Complaint

I submitted an order at 10:52am and was given the order number #********. I received an email at 11:12am stating that the order was ready for pick-up. When I finished working, I attempted to pick up the order but was unable to. I was told that the order was given to someone else. The manager, ******, told me that I took too long to pick up the order so they gave it to someone else. The only policy that I am able to read states that any orders not picked up by the end of the business day would not be able to be picked up the next day. The manager could not show me where or tell me where I could read about what happened to me during this visit. *** placed many orders and picked them up hours later without any problems. The manager would not accommodate me at all even though she was telling me that they gave the order away by implementing her own policy. Im not sure what provoked this, but I do feel as if it were done intentionally. Please make it clear to me where this policy is written or if it even exists.Initial Complaint

I purchased 1 oz of what was supposed to be pre ground cannabis for $70. Upon getting this home and opening the package it is completely un useable. It is all stems and leaves. It is what was swept off the floor and should have been thrown away. I tried to get a refund or a credit from Curaleaf in Ware and I was told I couldnt speak to the manager ******** and that they would NOT process a refund or credit me my money back. If it was labeled as shake or trim this would be a while different story but it was not it was clearly labeled on the package as well as the stores website that it is PRE GROUND. There is NO FLOWER OR BUD IT IS STEMS AND LEAVES. No apology from the woman on the phone.
