    The products I received were awesome. The finish on my Matte black solid brass O-rings and D-rings was flawless. The swivel snaps I recieved also flawless Matte black finish, very solidly made and look like they're going to stand the test of time exactly as they are now. I love love love all the pieces and think they have exceptional quality. Will be placing another order in the next 24 hours. Thank you for such great stuff!

    Great quality and great customer service! The leather and hard ware always comes as described. There was an issue with a new product they launched having a ************** than what I ordered and the reached out right away. They were able to resolve the issue before it even occurred. Great business overall.

    I love shopping BuckleGuy.com- their communication is excellent; if an item is out of stock, they are fast in letting me know and offer substitutions or a back-order as one example. Very responsive to questions both mercantile as well as technical. Their tools and hardware are the best I have seen and a variety that covers my imagination. Interesting new products, reasonable prices, fast (fast!) shipping and turn-around. The people are just so darn nice and helpful! When packages arrive, often a nice note, a fun internally-produced sticker or a plastic rule, small things that mean a lot. Taking up the hobby of leathercraft after several decades, I wish I knew of them that long ago. They were around and I must didn't know.
