    On June 5, 2024, Tow Pros *********************************************** LLC towed my vehicle to a local gas station, resulting in damage to my car. The owner agreed to reimburse the repair cost of $566.00. However, several months have passed, and we have yet to receive the payment. In addition to the repair reimbursement, we are also seeking a refund for the $140 towing fee paid that evening.The owner has been very rude after stating he would refund us the money and has been dodging our calls and text messages. we have. we have record of conversation which we will provide.

    On June 20, 2024, Tow Pro Recovery illegally towed my 2022 ****** Impreza (VIN: *****************) from my property at ********************************. Despite providing proof of ownership, they have refused to return my vehicle for over two weeks. They have been unresponsive to requests for an itemized invoice and have failed to provide a clear reason for holding my vehicle. I believe this constitutes unfair business practices and possibly violates Massachusetts towing regulations.

    My company legally recovered his vehicle on the June 20th like he said.. we did nothing illegal I have the repossession order which this guy ************************* name is NOT on.. then he has the title signed on the day after the repossession 6/21/24 which is CLEARLY Dated in the title/ bill of sale and rmv- 1 form which I have copies of all.. the guy is just mad and is a liar.. I run my business with good business ethics and respect no matter the situation.. go check my ****** reviews 5 star rating! Thats not for doing bad business.. hes just upset and bitter.. I can send pictures of all the documents verifying his lies his title is signed 6/21 We picked up the car 6/20 thank you
