The owner was very Rude dismissive and untimely in handling my complaint. I had a facial a massage Mani pedi and a hair cut. the stylist cut my ear on both sides of my head and was holding the scissors completely unsafe manner Still trying to have a good time and determine I went into the massage optimistic. My hopes were soon dashed by message. Therapist telling me she only does deep tissue massage right after I specifically says I don't do deep tissue. I was looking for a Swedish massage with focus on my lower back in my neck. this woman legitimately told me she doesn't know how to do Swedish but she'll do her best Her best was rubbing my back for 10 minutes mind you. She did get out the one pain I had in my low back. But there is a very specific way you're doing massage. I've had probably three hundred massages in my life I did not get my arms shoulders upper back back shoulder or legs stomach Or my neck done my massage was less than an hour. Their idea of a massage at this place is rubbing oil on you and wiping it off with a hot towel.The facial was underwhelming at best. No massage was given it was a fifteen minute facial instead of an hour.The manicure and pedicure were not manicures and pedicures. They were Jell Polish at best and the jell was lifting and bubbling while I was in the salon as well as the glitter and the gel beIng sharp and instead of fixing it she tells me just take a file when you get home and file down your jell nails we just build you a 100. Dollars for. Refuse to fix the nails. Used one tool for the pedicure didn't add any type of massage at all none didn't do cuticles Bottom of my feet exploration lotion again they just rubbed oil on my legs and wiped it off with a hot towel and called that a twenty minute massage. at MAni pedi Told me to just wash my hands with there And that would clear my cuticles because she didn't do any work on the cuticles I mean it was not regular services. It was like the cheapest crappiest services.
