I bought used 2005 Honda CRV from them after telling the dealership that I need drivable car when moving to ** in Oct due to military order. The dealer took me to the inspection place nearby. The dealer and the inspection place knew each other and passed inspection and said there is no issues with the car. After the inspection, I took the car to gas station and immediately check engine light comes up. I initially ignored it and continued to drive for less than an hour and warning light and VSA light turns on simultaneously and the car starts to skid and rattle. I've gone to ********** in ******** to have mechanics take a look and finds that the car is a piece of junk, loose ball joint, axle messed up, and the front wheels are falling apart. The car was close to rolling and I would've died. Now the dealership is urging that they can fix the car in a few days and won't agree to refund when the car is clearly a lemon. Auto Globe is unscrupulous business and they knew the fact that I had limited time to secure operable car to move out of state. This is my second car after collision accident and I was looking for lower priced car to buy with cash that I had saved up for 12 months with his paychecks in the military.

Customer filed an illegitimate complaint against Auto Globe regarding a sale of a used motor vehicle.  We signed an agreement that I would return the full value of the vehicle along with any cost acquired by him regarding the vehicle. I returned $3000 as good faith to ********** via check which he cashed as agreed to in the agreement signed by him.  The customer *********************** refuses to bring the title of the vehicle and wants me to return the balance of the money from the purchase which leaves me without the title to the vehicle and ********** being fully refunded, this is not what was agreed to and signed by ********** and I.  I've attempted to explain this to ********** on many occasions without success.  ********** has chosen to sabotage the good name of my business via social media and other internet platforms, he has text me on several occasions with threats of legal actions and insults.  Un fortunately I let ********** 's insults get to me and responded back in an equal unfavorable manner.  I have tried to explain to ********** that if he can not meet me to exchange title for the balance then he could send a family member or friend to compete this final step and complete this business transaction.  I will not give ********** the full amount due to him without the title to the vehicle as agreed.  Attached is the written agreement between ********** and I.

This dealer continues to lie to not just me, but to every 3rd party that is evaluating my complaint. He also lied to Attorney General's Office about the nature of my complaint. Fact #1: He suggested retaining attorney to *** me by text first. I responded. I told him I believe that is an empty threat. He implied second time that he will hire a lawyer to sue me. Again, I told him I didn't believe there is any attorney that will file civil suit because he is in the wrong and I'm in different state per military orders. Fact #2: He made me sign bunch of documents with his broken English and didn't explain anything sufficiently. We went through three different motor vehicle purchase contracts and I didn't even know which one he would officially keep on file. He took full advantage of me moving to ** and being chased by time. I attached the motor vehicle purchase contract that he AGREED that he will honor before I returned the vehicle after being revealed it is a lemon. So this dealer is making false accusations against me as he knows he messed up the sale selling me inoperable vehicle and probably breaking numerous regulations.
