On 1/18/24 Saint ***************************** paid for me and my husband and son for a week at the Days inn and we was never able to check in until 2pm the next day 1/19/24 the lady at saint ***************************** yold ke she was on the phone trying to book the room for 4 hours when we arrived 1/18/24 at 5pm they didn't even come to the desk when we tried to check in the place smelled of weed and had a dog running around the sign said no pets no smoking. We stood at the desk for 20 minutes before the lady would even come from the lodge area where she was eating and talking sitting with five other people when she did while we was talking to her she walked away we was there over two hours trying to check in to a room that was paid for we ended up going to another hotel they was very racist rude the next day when we was able to check in after 2pm Saint ***************************** had already paid for a night that we never got to get checked into and stay 1/19/24 the 2pm check in was bad I tried talking to the manager and he told me he was not the manager then the lady next to him said he is the manager he didn't want to hear anything I had to say hung up on the Saint ********************************** and tried to charge us another deposit fee after *********************************** paid everything. I would click no stars.
