    On 3/9/24 I joined a month package of a Level 6 tanning bed (that was the highest bed as I was told). I was told I can pay with cash which is is discounted because tax is waived, in which I did. Upon joining, I wasnt even asked for my ID (to make sure I was of age) nor given a receipt. However, I asked the owner previously upon joining about the type of bed, and making sure it wasnt a lower level wattage bed because my skin ***** and the certain type of bulbs I get a reaction to, and was assured that it is a higher wattage bed and was compared to the bed I was using at another tanning salon, Ive been to before. As of yesterday I started to wonder why my skin was itching and and I was seeing no results and if its a high level bed (due to my previous tanning experience) why Im seeing no results. Come to find out, the owner lied about the type of bed I purchased and its an actual LEVEL 2 tanning bed, in which is the lowest, hence to why Im burning. Today (3/18/24), I went in and asked the owner upon researching why he falsely advertised the bed I purchased as a 6 when its a KBL5600 (which is the lowest), he started to raise his tone and yell at me indicating that I dont know what Im saying and hes been in business for years, ********* calling me stupid. I asked calmly for a refund and was told no, I figured okay then Ill finish my monthly membership and afterwards find elsewhere. The owner told me to leave the store and not come back and not only will he not refund me but not let me finish the month I paid for and refused giving me proof of purchase. He also called the Raynham PD on me and upon police arrival I then again told them the situation that I calmly just wanted a refund and just why would he be lying to customers. I was told that I couldnt get a refund as they even tried for me from the owner and I left. *** called numerous other salons and the bed he claims is the highest is a level 2 anywhere else and is much cheaper as well. I
