  I am submitting this complaint on behalf of the residents, board, and management of ************* Condominiums regarding the ongoing and unacceptable conduct of the security personnel provided by MCH Security. Over the past two years, both as a resident and now as a board member of this community, I have personally witnessed and received numerous reports of deeply concerning behavior by their staff. These issues include, but are not limited to: Security guards routinely leaving community gates unsecured at night Failure to properly screen or check in visitors Neglecting to acknowledge or engage with residents Inadequate or nonexistent documentation of serious disturbances Abandonment of posts during active shifts Loud, disruptive personal phone conversations while on duty A general disregard for professional conduct and job responsibilities This pattern of behavior reflects a lack of effective oversight, accountability, and professionalism within their organization. Their company's inability and unwillingness to address these problems not only compromises the safety and security of the community but also demonstrates a fundamental failure in operational management. This experience is not unique to *************. I am also employed by an organization that contracts ***'s services at a separate location (**************** for Women and Children), where we have encountered similar issues, including repeated instances of guards failing to report for duty without any notice or accountability. Staff at that site have also expressed frustration and dissatisfaction with this companys conduct. In both communities, when concerns have been raised, they have been met with denial or deflection. The consistent failure to deliver even minimum standards of professionalism, accountability, and client communication is unacceptable.
