    I wants to *************************** office for a procedure on 02/23/2023. Initially I complained of gastrointestinal issues and found her as an option for a endoscopy / colonoscopy. I had multiple appointments with her before both procedure where I paid equaling to around **** dollars after my insurance . I presented for my second procedure early March of 2023 and sadly did not have it done due to ************** canceling my appointment for discrimination, I was ridiculed and told to wait another hour and a half so I could possibly be put back on the schedule and have my procedure done . I did not feel comfortable after dealing with it being cancelled in the first place ( she assumed I was not going to pay my bill even though I paid everything that I was instructed before each appointment and procedure, along with proceeding to ask me how did someone like me find her office if Im in ************). So I decided to leave. A couple months later I received a bill in the mail from Cohen Dermatopathology PC for ******. I tried to call and rectify beings though I never received any dermatology services . At the top of the bill it has *************************** . The only connection to ***************************** is that office where my information was . I realized the Dermatologist practice has had multiple complaints about false charges . I need help !
