    I don't recommend! 2 week's contract know it 4 month JOB NOT DONE and always asking for money if you don't give him: he won't show up to work l been dealing with William for this long with a empty apartment just waiting on him to show up put I am done with William and I am taking action I want my money back I over pay him for the job not done people don't pay contractors in the middle of the job if they 50% do the other 50% when job is done The Only Finish Carpentry inc.******************************* OSHA 10 certification Home improvement -Contractor License # *************-**************

    The owner doesn't deliver on his contract obligations. He asks consumer to pay 50% of the job and 25% when he is 75% done. Once he takes the deposit, he shows up the first day to starts a job and you may not see him for weeks. When you finally force him to show up, maybe he shows up for a day and disappear again and leaves the consumer waiting. He then starts demanding money before he delivers his 75% of the job. I had to find another contractor to finish the job after the delivery date has passed. The workmanship of what he tried to do is poor quality. You have to be there to watch over what he/his worker does. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN/Company. Consumer beware.
