I hired this company to unclog a sewer pipe in my home. They were unsuccessful, and left the job and raw sewage in my basement-this was 1/9/23. I have called daily, and relayed a message to a receptionist, asking for a solution and clean up. As of today, they have not responded, I pre-payed for their services.

*************** to your BBB complaint # ******** which we received on 1/17/2023.

On 12/16/22 you called Action King stating your toilet and shower is not draining well.  We sent out 2 technicians to snake the line. Upon arrival the technicians noticed the basement had been previously flooded with sewerage.  The technicians encountered problems and we sent a Senior technician who discovered the lines may needed to be jetted to clear.

On 1/3/23 you called Action King to schedule the jetting services for 1/9/23. At that time, you advised to charge the credit card on file for the jetting services.

On 1/9/23 upon jetting, the Senior technician discovered there are too many turns in the pipe and jetting was not successful. The technician advised you that he recommended using a tracer to find the pipe within the house and to have the pipe dug out by a contractor to make better access to clear.

On 1/12/23 you called Action King stating there was sewerage in the basement.  ********** advised you that the tracer was needing to be done to locate the clogged pipe.  You were also told to contact a contractor to have the pipe dug up and exposed.  At that time, you stated you did not understand what was going on and you wanted to speak to the Senior technician.

On 1/13/23 Senior technician ******* called you and left you a voicemail to return his call.  As of today, 1/20/23 no call has been returned to the technician.

In conclusion, we feel we have instructed you on what your next steps should be.  Please also note that to date, we have not charged you for the jetting services.
