  Buyer BEWARE and BE Forewarned My entire project with this company has been an exploitation process. You should never hire this company or their representative for any job. I am writing this review while my project is still ongoingthat is how disgusted I am with the entire work relationship with this company and its representative.He overpromises and underdelivers. **** S.s review here is not an exaggeration; it reflects a clear pattern of behavior. Hiring this person was a huge mistake.I spent much more than the original quote, even after the size of the addition was reduced by at least 15%. He knows nothing about wetlands and was unprepared for the hearing with the town commission. Do not believe anything he tells you without verifying it first.He talks down to people and mansplains, as though you do not understand anything about anything. I believe he used the funds he extorted from me and my project to settle a lawsuit with another person. I wish I had done the same when I paid him $60,000.00 for work he later claimed was worth not even $3,000.00work that consisted only of speaking to someone about helical piles and filing for a permit with the town.The project that started at $260,000.00 ended up costing me about $330,000.00. For that amount, I could have bought an entirely new house.Some of his additions are items a real contractor would have included in the initial quote, so that I could have made an informed decision. Everything discussed during the meeting, he later denied, saying things like, You did not understand, or, You do not undertint what I am telling you, or, I am trying to help you. This man is not trying to help anyone but himself. Buyers beware and be forewarned: he is a liar.For simple job, maybe you can consider him. Final note: Always insist on having everything itemized with clear expected delivery dates before you sign or pay. Without that, you leave yourself open to the same kind of exploitation I experienced.

  We are surprised and disappointed by this review, especially while your project is still in progress. As of now, we are more than two months ahead of schedule and actively working toward completion. You have approved all change orders and paid them in full without issue, including a $25,000 payment made on 9/10/25. In that same email exchange about the project schedule, everything seemed fine, with no complaints raised. This makes the tone of this review especially confusing.
  
  
  For clarification: the $60,000 you referenced was not extorted, but used as a deposit for materials, subcontractors, and other necessary expenses to secure labor and supplies for a project of this scale.
  
  
  It is also important to note that our company was not responsible for the design plans or civil engineering. Those professionals were hired directly by you, and therefore wetlands considerations were not originally within our scope.
  
  
  Your project has involved permits, hearings, and scope adjustments, all of which naturally affect cost and schedule. Each change was reviewed, approved, and paid in full. While we understand construction projects can feel overwhelming, we respectfully disagree with the claim that we were dishonest or exploitative.
  
  
  Our team has worked in good faith, maintaining transparency and professionalism throughout. We remain committed to delivering your project to the highest standard and ahead of schedule.

  Pierre construction is Awesome!!! If youre looking to have someone to do your next project, look no further. I spent quite a bit of time interviewing and getting quotes for a major 2 story deck project for my house which included some intense structural improvements to my house as well, since some of the existing columns where in tough shape. Im so glad that I picked **** Pierre and his great crew to do this for me! ***** price was very reasonable and he was very much on top of all details. He bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy with every step of the project. His crew of over 12 years was also very skilled and often had discussions about challenges to make sure the details where the best that they could be before proceeding on the the next phases. As you can see from the attached video of the 2nd floor, the results are fantastic and Im enjoying my new space immensely.

  We met ***** Pierre in March of ************************************************************************ ********* *************. In short he did not know anything about the laws regarding construction on wetlands. He took our $35,000.00 deposit and after almost 10 months of zero work on the project we fired him. To be fair during the 10 months we employed him he did remove a small non load bearing wall that took him maybe 6 hours. Certainly not anywhere close to $35,000.00 worth of work. He has refused to supply us with an itemized invoice and any sort of refund so we have been forced to hire legal counsel. He has ignored our lawyers requests and has now forced a motion to compel. We are not got to go away and will go to the wall to get our money back. Hes now going to owe us lawyers fees, court fees and Mass law seems to say something about 2x or 3x damages if he is found purposely ignorant.Be warned
