    I have been having issues pertaining to the Universities Billing System. I have reached out multiple times regarding a registration fee. They proceeded to ask me to reregister for the class I had completed and the system stated that I was already registered. I contacted the Administrative Assistant for the ******** of ******** and ******************** on February 28th asking for assistance. I also paid them again and provided documentation of my bank withdrawl. I just received another email on April 10th stating that I had to reregister again and pay again. I provided documentation again, asked for help and now I need someone to step in.

    On October 20, 2022, ************** registered and paid for a professional development course, with a start date of 10/04/2022. Our *************** received a notification of a credit card chargeback on November 28, 2022 from Ms. ****** bank stating the payment was a fraudulent transaction, and the card status was checked off as being a counterfeit card.

    The *************** then reached out to the ******** of ******** and *************************** (****) to inquire if they wanted to dispute the chargeback.  On November 29, 2022, after confirming with the individual that this transaction was fraudulent, the *************** was instructed by the **** Office to not dispute the chargeback, and so the student received their money back and the registration was cancelled and the tuition charge was reversed through the course registration site.  The following day, the ***************** also reversed the registration fee in the Universitys billing system.

    When ************** reached back out to the **** Office on April 11, 2023 and spoke with the Administrative Assistant of the ****, they then reached out the *************** for verification of payments made. It was determined that on February 28, 2023, ************** did process an ACH payment through one of the other Universitys online payment sites, which unfortunately was not the correct site.  Since ************** did not have any open registrations or bills on her account, and the correct registration site was not used, she was automatically issued a refund check from the Universitys billing system. This check was then cut and mailed to her address on file the following day, March 1st, 2023.

    After being contacted by the **** office again on April 11th, 2023, the *************** verified the check had not yet been cashed and at Ms. ****** request, a stop payment was placed on the refund check and it was applied to her account for the course after she was reenrolled. As of April 12th, 2023, this issue has been fully resolved for this individual.
