    This company installed heat and ac in new home i purchase from long built homes .My heat is not working properly have contacted him 7 times via text and voice mail for 5 weeks in a row and no attempt to come out repair the issue. Very unprofessional would not recommend them or general contractors who hires them since they don't follow up or care !

    I had a new home built, and the general contractor hired ***** *******/Fahrenheit for the **** installation. Unfortunately, the system has not functioned properly since it was installed seven months ago. Despite multiple attempts to contact ***** via calls and texts, he has completely ignored all efforts to address the issue. His lack of responsiveness has been incredibly frustrating. Based on my experience, I find his behavior unprofessional and unethical. The quality of work is subpar, and this business does not honor its commitments to customers. I would strongly advise avoiding them.

    Called this company, spoke to *****, terrible experience, had a ac motor installed for our upper zone in our home, because the motor was fried. That same night the new motor was making noise, he cAme back the next day to get payment and said the cage on top of the ac unit was the one that was making noise, that night the same noise happened, and the ac again stopped working, would call and text him and no response was ghosted. I then called him from a different number and what a coincidence he answers, then he precedes to tell me he will be in on Tuesday, (He had responded Monday morning) Tuesday august 30th comes and guess what ***** doesnt show, I preceded to send him a text and he says he forgot to tell me he wasnt working Tuesday. I got real mad and probably said somethings I shouldnt but the unprofessionalism drives me nuts. So I told him Id be hiring a lawyer and would be calling the BBB.

    The above statement is completely false! I was contacted by the owner's wife to come out on a call, I went out and found the motor had ceased. I tried to get it covered under warrantee, but the unit was beyond the coverage term. I explained this to her, she asked me to order motor and when it came in, I went to replace it. Once it was done and I went to receive payment I was told that I would have to come back the next day because she did not have the check book. I went back the next day as discussed and no one was home, later that night I got a text apologizing and that the check would be left out for me the next morning. Went out to the house again and found nothing, they forgot to leave it out. The next morning again went to the house and waited for 30 minutes before someone finally came to the door. Rolando came to the door and mentioned the noise, we went to look at the unit and found that it wasn't happening, this ws the first time that I had ever spoken / met him. He then paid me. After a couple of weeks, he called me for a separate issue, unrelated to the motor that was replaced, which I did have to reschedule, I did not "ghost" him. I called to apologize and let him know that I could not make it out that day and he was upset that I had to reschedule, told me that he figured I would not show up, swore at me a few times and hung up. He never called me form a different number, matter of fact other that speaking with his wife all correspondence was through text messages, which I still have. Things come up with all of us, as did with these people when it came time to get paid, but I never lost my cool with them and always treated them respectfully.
