    Good Morning;

    Hampden Engineering has been a dealer for Fair-Play / TransLux scoreboards for nearly 60 years.  Over the last year, orders were delayed substantially or not shipped at all.  Being the only dealer in ***********, we had a number of open jobs that were not being filled.  Without our knowledge, Fair-Play / TransLux decided to go in a different direction and were bought by another company called ******************** company..  They have manufacturer representatives in many locations unbeknownst to us.   We found out when they removed us from their Website.  We have discontinued selling any of their equipment or servicing scoreboards which we had done - again - for nearly 60 years.  They are taking care of service calls from their facilities in **** and ********.  Therefore, we were left with ******************** not receiving their equipment. 

    We were told by *********************** to cancel their order on February 14, 2024 and issued a refund check on February 26, 2024.  I personally delivered this check to their office and it cleared our bank on February 29, 2024.  I am attaching a copy of that check here.

    Hampden is a manufacturer of educational training equipment throughout ***************** and many countries throughout the word.  We have a large manufacturing facility in *************** **.
