When I left the company I worked for I called to sell my stocks because I no longer have access to the company email that was used to create my account. ***** or however you spell her name told me on recorded lone that she is playing with my money and I won't receive it. I asked for supervisor and she denied me the assistance and prevented me from accessing MY funds. **************** is the WORST and do NOT ever recommend these unprofessional fraudulent services.

**************** is horrible & rude. Ive called multiple times & been hung up on. Ive spent hours on the phone to be told different things by different reps. ** mother passed away in 2021 & set up the account as *** to me back in 2009 & they are saying the *** is valid. I have to pay a processing fee to switch to my name even though my mom paid the fee back in 2009. They claim they didnt receive the death certificate but flagged the account as deceased so I can no longer access online. Ive submitted online complaints on the companys website. I receive generic email that it will be reviewed & take 5-7 business days. Then they send an email saying they cant find account & to submit account info on new complaint but the website actually says not to submit account number. Its beyond frustrating

I bought stock in company GameStop and cannot get my investor number, cannot login to my shares to see my stock, and had the money taken out of my bank account but don't seem to be a shareholder. I got scammed I think by Computershare. They are a predatory company making billions? Off of naive investors. They need to be shut down immediately. All the tech support people could barely speak English. They need to be shut down.
