    8/8/25 I paid $99 for a year of ********* after their "free trial" didn't let me really do anything. Everything seemed like it would work as soon as I hit upgrade but once I did, total disappointment. I had 30M credits to start and down to 23K because their ai is terrible at following directions. Super simple command like please remove the text from the image was impossible. It took at least 6 attempts and just kept getting the same image, over and over. Emailed them with screenshots. The response? try again. No credits put back, no explanation, just try again. Wich of course I had to since I've paid the moeny and they refuse a refund but still, it takes forever to get an image the way I ask which is crazy since I'm asking for very simple things. Extremely disappointed. Left a 1 star review but filing a complaint as well as they should not be able to keep taking money from people.

    Galaxy.ai promises access to a suite of AI tools including video generation tools like VEO3. I purchased an annual subscription because they offered a time limited discount. They did not inform me before I paid that there would be a limit to the number of video generations I could make or that I would need to purchase additional credits to use the tools. They give you a very low number of credits. I made 4 videos (all of which were unusable) and all of my credits were gone. It costs $7 worth of credits to make one 5-10 second AI generated video. I contacted support several times and requested that they cancel my annual subscription and issue a refund. I told them they can charge me for 1 month since I used the product for a few days, but that they should refund the rest. They ignored me. I had to additionally pay for a ****** One subscription in order to make VEO3 AI generated videos and ****** lets you make 3 videos per day and doesnt require you to spend extra money on credits. Galaxy.ai are dishonest in their advertising and ignore support requests.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I contacted their support on their website and they do not respond to my emails or support tickets where I stated the issues and requested a refund.
