      Had a laptop that the screen went black on. Took it to 2 different shops before bringing it to ITech. They said they needed to do a diagnostic test which could take a week and they would call me. They NEVER called to inform me what they had found if anything. Basically everytime I called they was still looking at it. I did agree to have them continue since it was in their possession and it was "opened " this has been going on for 3 to 4 months. I was told they would contact me when they found the issue .... again I kept calling. The said it was a motherboard issue. It would cost around $300...I said ok (after I called again to get an update). Said it would take a week maybe 2. AGAIN I called after a week. I was told it was fixed and I could pick it up on the Friday of that week. Called again to make sure and I was told it wasn't fixed. I was back and forth wanted to pick it up and find someone else to fix it. Then after I called again they said it was fixed. I had someone go there to pick it up...it worked then immediately stopped working. She never left the shop. So another week or 2 went by I called again and I was told they found the issue and it's another ****** plus $...I said fine. Finally it was ready I was told to pick it up I go there and it wasn't at the shop. I finally receive the laptop it's on but STILL having issues with it. I have to reset it or play with it for it to turn on. Still getting the black screen. I explained to them what's going on and they said I can bring it back...if I want my $ back they would need their parts back. The owner was being rude and would not hear anyone out. After 4 months with them it should not have any issues. I have a video of the laptop process. Lack of communication and customer service
