    On October 10th I brought my car in because my power steering was groaning. Customer states: car seems stiff and makes some noises when it first turns on and I pulled out from wherever I parked. After driving for a couple minutes it seems to go away.Technician Notes THE POWER STEERING PRESSURE LINE IS ***** AND LEAKING. RECOMMEND REPLACE POWER STEERING PRESSURE LINE FROM THE PUMP TO THE **** AND PINIONThey also said my brake pads, front tires, and emergency brakes needed to be replaced. They guaranteed a two year warranty on the work they did. Two months later (12/15) my steering wheel started making the same noises. Thinking that it would be under the warranty I brought it back. They told me THE **** -O-PINION IS LEAKING & RETURN LINE IS LEAKING ; RECOMMEND REPLACING ****-O-PINION AND RETURN LINE (THESE ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE WORK PREVIOUSLY DONE)On 12/19 they called me to ask if my airbag light was on and my horn worked when I dropped the car off. I assured them Id have noticed. I told them I would be back on 12/23. When I arrived on 12/23, my car was still not fixed and covered in dust from the gas station fire suppression system that went off. I needed my car to go home for Christmas Eve and Christmas. I drove with no horn and no airbag. I returned on 12/26 and my horn and airbag were fixed in an hour. I dont understand why this wasnt fixed in the week they had my car. If they checked the rack-o-pinion in October when replacing my power steering, why wasnt that covered in the warranty? Also Ive been told that this shop has a reputation for recommended expensive repairs that arent necessary.
